Affiliate Program Agreement
By joining the Girl Chocolate affiliate program, you agree to these terms.
1. Disclosure is mandatory
Every post, video, story, email, or page where you link to or promote Girl Chocolate must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission. Use a clear disclosure such as "#ad," "affiliate," or "paid partnership," placed where it is easily seen, not buried in a caption, not hidden behind "more," and repeated in video both on screen and out loud where practical. This follows the FTC Endorsement Guides.
2. Claims you may not make
Girl Chocolate is a food product with dietary supplement ingredients. It is not a drug. You may not, in any content promoting Girl Chocolate:
- claim it treats, cures, prevents, diagnoses, or relieves any disease or medical condition, including PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, depression, or cystic acne;
- use the words "cure," "treat," "heal," "clinically proven," or "doctor recommended" unless we give you the exact approved wording in writing;
- present yourself as a doctor or medical professional, or give medical advice;
- use before-and-after medical imagery, or imply guaranteed results;
- make weight-loss claims, or target the product to minors.
3. Claims you may make
You may share your genuine experience and use the structure and function language we publish, for example that it supports a calmer cycle or helps ease everyday PMS symptoms, always with our required disclaimer that these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Our rights
We may review your content, and we may require you to correct or remove any content that violates this agreement. We may suspend or remove you from the program, and withhold commissions, for violations. You agree to indemnify Choclement LLC for claims arising from content you post.
5. Commissions
Commission rate, cookie window, and payout terms are as shown on your affiliate dashboard. We may change program terms on notice.
6. How you may not promote
No spam or unsolicited email or texts. No bidding on our trademarks, including "Girl Chocolate" and "Choclement," or misspellings of them, in paid search. No coupon or deal sites that advertise offers that do not exist. No cookie stuffing, no self-referrals, and no fake accounts. You are responsible for your own taxes. If we pay you $600 or more in a year we may require a W-9 and issue a 1099.
7. Termination and clawback
We may end your participation at any time. If you violate this agreement, we may withhold or reverse unpaid and previously paid commissions connected to the violation. Commissions on orders that are later refunded or charged back are reversed.
8. Governing terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming and is subject to the dispute resolution and other terms of our Terms of Service. We may update this agreement on notice. Continuing in the program means you accept the update.
