Not gonna lie… I thought this was one of those ‘cute branding but does nothing’ products. I WAS WRONG. I started eating one piece 2 days before my period and I swear my cramps were like 60% less intense. And it’s actual chocolate?? Like not chalky supplement stuff, legit crave worthy. Girl Chocolate, you’ve converted me. 🙌🍫

I’m that girl who has like 4 supplement bottles on rotation… and yet I STILL found a place for Girl Chocolate. Why? Because it actually works with what I’m already doing and it feels like a treat, not a chore. Bonus: magnesium + chocolate = calm AF during PMS week

I’m not super regular with my cycle tracking so I just started the chocolate once I felt the PMS creeping in, worked like a charm. My headaches were much more manageable. I lowkey want to eat it every day tbh 😅

I was hesitant because it’s pricier than a candy bar, but now I look forward to it every month. The peace of mind alone is worth it. No more random pill bottles, just one small bar of dark chocolate that actually helps. If you’re on the fence, just try it once. You’ll see. 💁‍♀️

I usually avoid sweets on my period bc I bloat easily, but this didn’t mess with me at all. It’s not super sugary, and the ingredients are clean. Plus, I felt noticeably more stable emotionally that week (which is huge for me). I even brought it to work and had my coworker try it 😅

I cleared this with my doctor before starting (I’m on birth control) and she actually said the ingredients were solid and safe. I’ve tried magnesium before but never felt much, this combo hits different. Plus it’s just so cute and intentional. Thank you for making this 🥹💜

is it normal to feel like a different person ONE WEEK out of every month??
Not TMI at all — and yes, that's PMS. ~90% of my patients feel it.

Why Girls
Keep Coming Back.

Three reasons. One bar. A permanent spot in the bag.

yummy

It's chocolate first.

Belgian dark, coconut sugar. Tastes like a treat — works like a tonic.

clinical

6 actives. Real doses.

Magnesium, B6, ashwagandha, raspberry leaf, DIM, BioPerine — each at a clinically-studied amount.

The whole point

A ritual. Not a pill.

One bar a day. Something to look forward to — not another capsule to choke down.

cycle-synced

Built for your luteal phase.

Designed for the days that hit hardest — 7–10 days before and during your period.

backed

Doctor-formulated.

Built with OBGYNs and dietitians. Not a marketing team with a thesaurus.

Six Actives.
No Junk.

Each ingredient at a clinically-studied dose. Yes, even the magnesium.

The science

How does Girl Chocolate
help PMS?

Three symptoms. The biology underneath each one. The actives we use to interrupt it.

The cause

Your uterus releases prostaglandins — hormone-like messengers that fire muscle contractions in the uterine wall.

Magnesium Glycinate

Raspberry Leaf

Vitamin B6 (P5P)

The cause

Estrogen and progesterone crash simultaneously — dragging serotonin and GABA down with them. Your brain literally loses its calm-down chemicals.

menu_book The details

Everything you might be wondering.

Many women report softer cramps and more even mood within the first cycle. Magnesium absorbs quickly, so you may feel a difference within hours of your first bar. The full cumulative effect builds over 2–3 cycles as B6 and ashwagandha support your hormonal rhythm.

One bar daily — that’s it. Each bar delivers the full clinical dose. Enjoy it anytime: morning, after lunch, or as an evening treat. Consistency matters more than timing.

Girl Chocolate is formulated with food-grade, plant-based ingredients at doses well within safe ranges. That said, if you’re pregnant, nursing, or on medication, please check with your doctor first. We’re a supplement, not a substitute for medical advice.

Most magnesium supplements use magnesium oxide — cheap, poorly absorbed, and famous for GI upset. We use magnesium glycinate, which is gentler and significantly more bioavailable. Plus, our bar includes five additional actives (B6, ashwagandha, raspberry leaf, DIM, BioPerine) that work in synergy. A pill gives you one ingredient; we give you six in a single bar of dark chocolate.

After your first order, you receive your pouch of 8 functional chocolate bars — a full month’s supply — for $33/mo on the Monthly plan, or 3 pouches for $83 every 3 months on the 3-Month plan (just $27.67 a pouch). The Welcome Kit gifts (heating pad, tumbler, scrunchie, pouch) are a one-time bonus with your first subscription order.

Log in to your account any time to skip a month, pause your subscription, or cancel outright. No hoops, no retention calls, no guilt. We’d rather earn your loyalty than trap it.

Each bar is approximately 120 calories, 8g fat, 10g carbs, 2g protein. Sweetened with coconut sugar (no refined sugar). Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, corn-free, sesame-free, kosher, and non-GMO. Made in a facility that also processes tree nuts.

If you don’t love your first kit, email us within 90 days for a full refund — and keep the kit anyway. We’re that confident. A real human replies within a day at support@girlchocolate.co.

P.S.

Your cycle deserves chocolate.

One pouch. 8 bars of calmer cramps, gentler moods, and less bloat. No kit, no subscription, just the chocolate that tastes like dessert and feels like someone finally made something for you.

Ships next-day · 90-day guarantee · No subscription required

with love, Girl Chocolate
